Do you really want new customers?


I’m amazed at how dumb companies are and how easy it is to get business. As we get older as a society and move forward in this digital world, it seems that common sense is a slowly evaporating commodity. How do I know? We spend more time putting out fires, reacting to business, than simply taking care of the business that we have.
